They now run Unemployable Property alongside their developments, to show everyday Australians how to get started on their property development journey.

The origin

A carpet cleaner, a civil guy, and a lot of dirt.

Carson Bolt is the deal-finder and strategist behind some of Australia's most creative land development plays. Four years before building a $400M+ development pipeline, he was cleaning carpets for about $1,000 a week. He learned property the hard way, but now he chases the deals most developers walk away from.

Shannon Sharp is the operator. He is the one who makes sure the deal actually gets built, delivered, and doesn't blow up along the way. Shannon left school at 14, went straight into work, and built two decades of experience in civil construction before we partnered up.

We started Unemployable Property because we kept getting the same question: “How did you actually do it?” The honest answer is a system - Find, Fund, Develop™ - and a network of specialists we'd have paid a fortune to have access to when we started. So we built the program we would've killed for at the beginning.
